I very much appreciate the efficient, friendly and helpful way in which you have conducted this order. <\/p>\n<p>The small details accommodating my needs such as packaging in boxes of 20, the delivery on a pallet, delivery ahead of time, regular email contact and updates as well as your very friendly and welcoming manner have made this the easiest and most pleasant Yearbook production I have had in 18 years.
