I called earlier and was passed onto Colin in your art department at OpenBook Howden. He was a breath of fresh air, and while we haven\u2019t sorted the issue of not being able to send files properly via the file upload service on your website, he was very helpful and has raised the concern with your IT department. Despite being busy with (as I\u2019m sure it\u2019s crazy there) with several projects and staying back to complete them, he was super professional on the phone and only happy to assist with my issue. Please pass on this feedback to his relevant manager please, his service was exceptional.<\/p>\n
